Elvin's responsibilities include estate planning and taxation as well as personal and business planning.
 
He began his career as a staff accountant in 1960 and became a partner in Robinson, Caltrider & Tenney CPA’s. He started his own firm in 1990, which continues to expand today.
 
He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from West Virginia Wesleyan College.
 
He is a member of Kiwanis Club, the Shrine Club and his local church.
